Green Light Inspections is a family owned and operated company founded in 2022. We pledge to provide excellent communication and care to our customers. Our customers are treated like family! We offer many services, including home inspections, multi-unit inspections, 11-month warranty inspections, and Notary Public services. We pride ourselves on quality, honesty, and thoroughness. Green Light Inspections has a father-and-son inspection team which ensures not only one, but two sets of eyes are providing you with a thorough report! 48- hour report delivery. One inspection scheduled a day to provide a thorough, quality inspection. This ensures that we have as much time as we need to provide the best inspection possible. We will not rush through your inspection because we have multiple scheduled in one day. Our goal is to focus on our clients and give them our undivided attention. We strive to educate our customers.

Kyle Green- AHIT Certified Home Inspector
Kyle has 5 years of construction experience and 15 years of quality inspection experience in different fields. He enjoys fishing, baseball, softball, Michigan Wolverines football! Go Blue! He is a dedicated father and husband. He is active in the community as he is the Director of Softball at Donelson Rotary ballpark and a Coach. He prides himself on his work ethic.
Ashley Green- Notary Public
Ashley has 12 years of construction experience and 6 years in management. She enjoys motherhood, canning, reading, hiking, and camping. Active in the community by being a Girl Scout leader and softball mom.
Tye- Home Inspector in Training
Tye has 3 years of construction experience. He is eager to learn and excel in the home inspection industry. He loves hunting, fishing, baseball, and all things outdoors.
Kaleigh- Director of Personality and Creativity
Kaleigh has 12 years of Sass expertise. She loves learning, reading, Girl Scouts, and softball.
